This dashboard is built on example data provided by Kaggle and Sigma. S&P 500 and individual stock data comes from Kaggle, while company information for each ticker comes from Sigma. The data contains price and volume data by date for each company in the S&P 500 Index.
This dashboard is designed for individuals and teams that invest in the stock market. This dashboard will help investors spot trends that can later be researched before making investment decisions.
This Sigma dashboard lets you view S&P 500 and individual stock performance at a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly level. The performance data is visualized over your chosen period and can be viewed by % change or the stock’s closing price. When viewing an individual stock, the performance is benchmarked against the S&P 500 Index.
End users can also view overall performance by sector, and then drill into a specific sector to view the performance of individual stocks within that sector. Lastly, top and bottom performing stocks can be viewed at an overall market level, or within a specific sector.
